Bodypump -55 miNUTES
BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. In 55 minutes you get a full body work out and great music to go with it.
BodyPump Upper Body - 30 min
A strength training session focusing on the upper body. The songs are taken from Bodypump releases. Perfect to combine with another strength or fitness class. Exercise for a strong upper body!
Bodybalance - 45 & 55 min
During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
CXWORX -30 minuter
CXWORX™ really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.It'll help you run faster … play harder … stand stronger!
Our yoga classes have their roots in Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is originally from India and represent the physical part of yoga. With the yoga poses, asanas, we will train the body to become stronger, more flexible, more balanced and also how to connect our body with our mind.
The yoga classes will have different influences and levels. If your are new to yoga or if you are a more experienced yoga practioner there will be a class for you. Here you read more about the different yogastyles that we offer.

Get Fit - Pure Ketlebell
Same setup as X-Fit Gym only with a new name! High variation with functional movements and powertraining, performed with high intensity.
This session will be taken place in the gym, and we will use free weights, barbells, kettlebells, and our own bodies for an intensive, high variation strength- and fitnessession.

Spinning - 30, 45 & 55 min (Activio)
A session suitable for everyone since you can change the resistance on your bike. You will have the chance to make variations in the intensity between slow and fast, so recovery is possible. This type of training will improve your cardio level, and you will probably sweat a lot. This training will be gentle to your knees and joints.
Zumba - 55 min
Zumba is groupsession based on dance mainly to latinmusic and worldmusic, with influences of latin pop and international hits.
GYMINTRO - 30 MIN
An introduction of the gym with instruction of the machines and how to get started. Also an introduction of the basic movements of different exercises
